Are socks required in the play village?2026-09-14T09:39:58-04:00

Yes. To ensure our village floors remain spotless and little climbers stay safe from slips, grippy socks are required for all children. Adults must also wear socks (regular or grippy). If you forget yours, high-quality grippy socks are available for purchase at check-in for $5.

Does my child have to be potty trained to enter the facility?2026-09-13T14:27:12-04:00

For playtime and most events we do not require children to be potty-trained, but children must ALWAYS be accompanied by their parent/guardian to prevent accidents.

Is there a nurse or first responders on the premises?2026-09-13T14:27:35-04:00

No, we do not have a nurse or first responders on site as team members. Parents are required to be present at all times with their kids who enter Imagine That.

You can keep your stroller and belongings in our lounge area. Strollers are not permitted in our play area.

Yes! Imagine That! is designed to improve early childhood development and learning through play. Kids can learn, socialize, and develop essential life skills through the multiple life-like scenarios that we have created in our space.

Our space is designed for kids between 0 and 10 years old.

At this time, we offer a punch card, good for 10 visits.

Who is responsible for my child?2026-09-14T09:40:08-04:00

Parents and/or caregivers are fully responsible for the care and safety of their child(ren). Parents/caregivers must be present at all times and may not leave the facility at any time. All participants must also sign a waiver acknowledging such.

What age range is Imagine That designed for?2026-09-13T15:05:28-04:00

Our play village is specifically designed for children from 6 months up to 10 years old. Guests ages 11 and older are welcome as spectators with our $5 additional guest admission.

Can I cancel my play session?2026-09-14T09:40:25-04:00

Because sessions are capacity-capped to guarantee plenty of room to play, admission tickets are non-refundable. However, we gladly offer a one-time reschedule if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your booked session. Call or email us to move your reservation to a future date.

What do you do to keep the space clean?2026-09-10T16:02:30-04:00

Our staff resets/cleans up throughout sessions and in between sessions. Along with working with a professional cleaning company, we also use child friendly, highly effective disinfectants that kills 99.9% of germs.

Do you charge for additional adults?2026-09-13T15:03:43-04:00

To keep our play spaces uncrowded and provide a comfortable, calm experience for every family, we cap total facility occupancy well below building limits. Every paid child admission includes one free adult. Additional guests (ages 11+) are $5 each to help us safely manage room capacity.

Yes, we have self-serve coffee machines with the purchase of a K-Cup

Can I bring my own food/drink to open play?2026-09-10T16:01:32-04:00

Yes, you’re more than welcome to bring your own food and drink with you. However, we ask that you please eat your snack in our designated eating area. No food or drinks are allowed in the play area.

Do I need to sign a waiver before visiting?2026-09-14T09:40:15-04:00

Yes. A signed digital waiver is required for all participating children before entering the play village. To speed up your check-in, we recommend completing the waiver online before arriving.

Do I need a reservation?2026-09-10T16:00:34-04:00

In the event that we sell out or a time slot is unavailable, we can’t accommodate walk-ins. We highly recommend booking play sessions online.

How does it work?2026-09-10T16:00:10-04:00

We are open for playtime Monday-Thursday from 10am-2:30pm, and Friday-Saturday 10am-5pm. We recommend you reserve your play pass directly on our website before arriving so that we guarantee your play time. Play Pass is $18 for 2-hour access and any children between 6mos to 10 years of age require a ticket to enter our facility.  Only 1 adult per child is permitted in the facility for free, the second guest (11+) will be charged an entry fee of $5.
